Introduction to the Company
At IRISE Counseling Services PLLC we provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment for all clients that we see. During this season of your life we will guide you in identifying areas of change and assist you to define goals that will transform your life in a safe supportive environment. IRISE provides a caring, authentic, and collaborative approach in the therapy process. Here at IRISE Counseling Services you are not alone in your journey. For therapy to be truly effective both the client and the therapist must be invested in the established goals
Currently, we provide Individual Therapy via Telehealth. Our services are for both men and women. We also provide counseling for teens ages 16 and up. All clients must reside in Texas for counseling services at IRISE Counseling.
About the Therapist
Hi, my name is LaShea White, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Texas. I earned my first Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Friends University and my second Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lamar University. My undergraduate Degree is from The University of Texas at Arlington. I work with individuals on an array of challenges treating those with anxiety, grief, depression and life transitions that come with various seasons of life.
My career originally started as a classroom teacher and eventually moved to being a school counselor. Currently, I operate my own counseling practice here in Texas working with individuals on a variety of topics. I also work with students who are diagnosed with emotional disturbance in the public school setting. My approach to counseling is eclectic and I utilize Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with other treatments in my practice.
